My first playhouse will have a 

"Whoville - Retro" look

A whimsical  FAIRY COTTAGE

 My granddaughter begged me to do a checkerboard floor!

 

All houses will be sealed against the elements, with "real" sliding windows (screens & closure), insulation, waterproof roof,

and solid 2x6 construction. 


The 'decor' includes a solid front porch, bed (with quilt & pillows), pantry (tea set etc.), 

table & chairs

 and COMPLETELY decorated with my 

"special touch."  

(Fireplace is optional.)

  A stained glass window over the door 

(may open with the door for adult size), and the house is ready to plug in with safe LIGHTS!

 

I'm not an artist... so my sketch does not do this justice.  Fairy Cottage Style! 

(6'w x 6'w x 6'h up to 7'h on the peak)

Base price for each playhouse is $5000.00

Additions: 2-story, fireplace, increase size,

extra fixtures. 


Delivered by ME 'COMPLETE' in the continental U.S. for the cost of fuel for transportation!
